SHIPPING

Please note we are currently shipping within the UK only.

We aim to dispatch within 1-2 working days.

Shipping costs will depend on the size of package.

Shipment is by 2nd class tracked Royal Mail delivery.

rETURNS

In case of damaged goods you can return your order within 21 days of delivery to get a refund. Applies if returned items are unused and in the same condition, original packaging and proof of purchase required. Buyers are required to cover costs of return. 

Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. We will make a refund of eligible returns minus delivery costs. Please note we may require bank account details to transfer the money back; this would be best sent via email to ůla alongside details of your case.

If a product is lost or you receive notice of damage in transit please let us know asap via email.

For packages that are not picked up from the post office within 14 days, please note we reserve the right to charge for any return shipping fee and administrative costs.
